London Denture Care created by Mr Piru Chandani in 2017 is a truly unique dental service providing a “same day” denture service for patients. In 2022 Piru has brought this wonderful service to New River Dental serving the population in Enfield and wider North London.
Piru is a Clinical Dental Technician (CDT) with the special ability to not only see patients directly, but also construct their dentures allowing for a bespoke and carefully crafted set of life-like and functional dentures.
Not only a special denture service, but also a rare one as there are less than 400 CDTs registered with the General Dental Council in the UK.
Unlike the traditional and sometimes lengthy process of seeing a dentist separately whom sends impressions to a dental technician and sometimes there can be a miscommunication, potential for errors and often takes a number of visits.
A CDT treating patients eliminates as much inaccuracies as possible, as well as reducing the number of visits, especially helpful for those less well abled.
